How beautiful you are!

Philippa Hays

Beauty

It speaks to us of the divine

A majestic sunset

The sharp smell of a thunderstorm soon to arrive

The crashing ocean, wild and free

A blue wren darting between the bushes.

Beauty

Transient

Only appreciated and experienced in rest and contemplation

Beauty fragile like a butterfly, gets damaged if we hold a moment too tightly

Beauty strong like an undertow or a storm, can floor us and bring us to tears.

Dear woman, don't you know how beautiful you are?

Your beauty is within and when discovered and cherished can change those around you.

It is a beauty placed there by God himself. A beauty delighted over.
